How do we manage to offer such great packages at such low rates ?

Our packages are discounted heavily because we ask that you give us 90 minutes of your time to take a tour of our Host Resort. It's no secret, the Resort gets good word of mouth advertising when people take a tour of the property. The tour is very informative, good fun and we get many compliments about it. You may wish to purchase your own 5 star resort villa for future vacations but of course, you are under no obligation to purchase anything and we are sure you will find the tour a pleasant experience. What's included in my Vacation Package ?

Included in each package is the accommodations as shown. Travel arrangements to and from Orlando are not included. If you purchase accommodations which include 2 attractions tickets, these will be 2 x 1 day adult tickets to the theme park of your choice. You can decide which tickets you'd like when you arrive and you can collect them at check in at the resort.

Can I make a reservation online ?

Absolutely ! Our packages were designed to be booked online. You may book any of our packages directly online using our secure booking process. This highly automated and secure booking feature provides an easy form for your convenience. Your Credit or Debit Card will be charged on the day you book online. Your card statement will show Westgate CFI, Ocoee, FL. Extra nights can also be booked online. You will receive your confirmation by email within just 1 business day.

When do I pay for my package ?

You pay for your reservation in full at the time of booking. Remember, our packages are offered on a first come, first served basis. Simply pay by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted) or a Debit Card carrying the Visa or Master Card logo. All transaction services are 100% secure and we will contact you via email to confirm the details of your booking. You will receive an email confirmation within 1 business day. If your travel dates change at a later time, you can still book online and let us know your changes later.

We are flying to Orlando, should we get a Rental Car ?

We strongly recommend you get a Rental Car. The Orlando Attractions, Theme Parks, Restaurants and Shopping Malls are widely spread and renting a car is definitely a good idea. We are proud to provide the rates from Thrifty Rent a Car. Ask your booking agent when you call, they will be happy to assist you with a rental car.

I want to book a package but what happens if I have to cancel it or change my travel dates ?

No Problem ! If you book a Vacation Package with a confirmed travel date and later have to change that date, it's easy !. Just let us know the changes, we'll take care of the rest. You may cancel a reservation up to 21 days after booking. There is
a one time fee of $60 if you cancel, this is to cover credit card processing and admin. costs.

Are there any hidden or extra costs in the packages ?

The only other cost involved in each of our Vacation Packages will be Accommodation Taxes. Resort Tax in Orlando is 11% (Westgate Lakes) and 12% in Kissimmee (Westgate Villas & Town Center). The Tax amount will of course vary depending on your length of stay and you will only pay Tax on the actual discounted room rate.

Can anyone purchase a Vacation Package ?

Our packages are discounted for the purposes of promoting our Host Resort. The offer is designed for qualified married couples, defined for purposes of this offer as those who are between the ages of 25-68 with a verifiable annual household income of at least $40,000 USD for U.S. Citizens/Residents and $80,000 USD for Canadian & U.K. Citizens/Residents. (Minimum requirements may be higher and other qualifications may vary, based on destination and season of travel). Married couples must together attend a 90-minute VIP tour and sales presentation. Failure to qualify and attend the sales presentation will result in a surcharge of $100 per night plus the retail rate of any discount attraction tickets that were included in the vacation package. Travel during peak season, holidays, or during special events is subject to a surcharge. Blackout dates may apply. Additional nights and attraction tickets are available at discounted prices. Accommodations provided by Central Florida Investments (CFI) and Westgate Resorts, Ltd. Alternate accommodations may be used if Westgate Resorts is not available. These qualifications are for the Westgate Resorts Packages only. All Hotel bookings in our "Orlando Hotels" section may be booked by anyone, without a Resort Tour.

The prices shown are not per person?

Each villa price is the total cost for your party and as shown in each package. In a package price for up to 4 people, If you have 2, 3 or 4 people, the price is the same. You are paying for the room size and how many it sleeps, you are not paying a per person rate, that's what makes our packages such a great value for money. Kids and adults of any age are included in the count. If you have say 6 or 7 people, you must choose a 2 bedroom Villa, on property at Westgate Lakes Resort.

Are there any blackout dates or other restrictions ?

There are certain holiday dates when packages sell very quickly and some dates may become sold out. All vacation stays are subject to availability so the earlier you book, the better. Can I get a 2 bedroom Villa package at your Resort ?

Absolutely ! We have two bedroom villa's available on a limited basis at Westgate Lakes Resort. These are 5 star luxury all the way. The two bedroom villas at Westgate Palace sleep up to 6, the two bedroom villas at Westgate's Resorts sleep up to eight. If you need a three bedroom villas, we will provide a two bedroom and a studio villa which are connected to make a three bedroom villa. This will be at Westgate Lakes Resort.

Is transportation available from the Westgate Resorts to & from the various attractions?

Yes, for a nominal fee, guests can easily get to and from the Orlando Attractions. The round trip rate is currently $20 (subject to change) per family. This will get you to and back from any park. We recommend you use a car of your own.

Is child care available while we are in the Westgate Tour & Sales Presentation.

Yes! A supervised facility is available for your child (children) while parents are in the sales presentation. The only stipulation is that the child (children) must be past the diaper stage.

Your tour will be booked for you when your reservation is made. The tour is booked for the day before your departure from the resort. Please note, it is very important that you attend the tour, it's the reason you received such a great vacation package price and failure to attend the tour will result in full rack rate being charged for your accommodations. Prior to the tour & sales presentation, you’ll enjoy a complimentary Breakfast or Lunch Buffet that contains both hot & cold items. Then, during Westgate’s 90-minute tour & sales presentation, you’ll discover all of the many benefits of Westgate’s vacation ownership plans.
